OnchainQueries reads public Solana chain data. This policy covers the data that is not public: your account, your queries and your results.
What we collect
Account information you give us: name, work email, and organisation. For top-ups we retain public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, memos, reference addresses, asset amounts, cluster, and finalization evidence.
Query metadata: the SQL you submit, its typed parameters, the engine class selected, execution timings, and the resulting state. This is what makes status, attach and cancel work, and what we use to diagnose failures.
Standard service logs: IP address, user agent and timestamps, retained for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your query text with other customers or with the protocol teams whose datasets you query.
We do not use your queries to train models.
OnchainQueries cannot write to the source database. There is no mechanism by which your use of the service modifies chain data.
Results and retention
Server-side query results expire 24 hours after submission and are deleted. Files you have downloaded are on your own disk and are never touched by us.
Query metadata is retained while your account is active so that history and billing remain accurate. On account closure it is deleted or anonymised.
Subprocessors
We use infrastructure providers, Solana RPC services, and Pyth price feeds to operate the service. A current list is available on request, and enterprise agreements include notice of changes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Enterprise customers can additionally request export of their query history.
