Does a viewer need an account?
Not for a public dashboard. Private dashboards require org membership. Either way viewers do not consume query credits — only refreshing does.
How fresh is a dashboard?
As fresh as its last refresh. Each widget shows when its query last ran, and scheduled refreshes are available on paid tiers.
Can I embed one?
Yes, on paid tiers. The embed renders the same live widgets rather than an image.
What happens when a result expires?
Nothing to the dashboard — expiry applies to downloadable result files, not to the saved query. A refresh re-runs the query and produces a new result.
